Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong 大排檔 can be consider a traditional eatery culture in Hong Kong. As time flies with different policies being applied, the green roof Dai Pai Dong are getting lesser, and now is lesser than 10 stalls. In 2017, we visited this one of the famous green roof Dai Pai Dong named Shing Heung Yuen 勝香園 and had their famous all-time breakfast beef macaroni tomato soup 茄牛通, and it's finger-licking delicious.
